The Smash Taco You’ll Want On Repeat

Easy, affordable, and packed with flavour—these Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos are a weeknight win. Whether you’re cooking for one or a hungry crew, they come together fast with just a few simple ingredients.

Press ground chicken onto a tortilla, sear until crispy, then top with fresh romaine, parmesan, and a drizzle of Caesar dressing. Feeling spicy? Swap the Caesar for Frank’s RedHot Buffalo ’N Ranch Thick Sauce and crank up the heat.

High in protein, totally customizable, and cheaper than takeout, these tacos prove that quick meals don’t have to be boring. Try them once, and they’ll be in your regular rotation!

CHICKEN CAESAR SMASH TACOS

Serves 1 | 470 cals | 46g protein 

Ingredients:

2 medium flour tortillas 

120g ground chicken or turkey 

2 slices low sodium bacon 

2 tsps Kraft Bacon Cesar Dressing

2 tsp sweet paprika

2 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp oregano

1 tbsp Tre Stelle Parmesan, garnish

Lettuce, garnish 

Directions:

  1. Mix the chicken/turkey with all your spices and roll into two balls.
  2. Smash the balls down onto each wrap.
  3. Coat a pan with cooking spray and place tacos meat side down. Cook on medium heat for 5-8 minutes until golden brown, then flip and do the same on the other side.
  4. Prep lettuce, and fry bacon.
  5. Once tacos are cooked, spread half of dressing on each one and top with some lettuce, bacon, and parmesan.
  6. Bon appetite!
