CHICKEN CAESAR SMASH TACOS
Serves 1 | 470 cals | 46g protein
Ingredients:
2 medium flour tortillas
120g ground chicken or turkey
2 slices low sodium bacon
2 tsps Kraft Bacon Cesar Dressing
2 tsp sweet paprika
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp oregano
1 tbsp Tre Stelle Parmesan, garnish
Lettuce, garnish
Directions:
- Mix the chicken/turkey with all your spices and roll into two balls.
- Smash the balls down onto each wrap.
- Coat a pan with cooking spray and place tacos meat side down. Cook on medium heat for 5-8 minutes until golden brown, then flip and do the same on the other side.
- Prep lettuce, and fry bacon.
- Once tacos are cooked, spread half of dressing on each one and top with some lettuce, bacon, and parmesan.
